To train the AI System to understand your practice and patients we need to set the ChatBot up to provide personalised and accurate responses to various inquiries. The ChatBot can also incorporate your branding and other personalisation elements.

How Long Does it Take to Train AI-ChatBot?

We upload your data to build your chatbot by ingesting the information you provide into our system. 


The duration required to upload and train the ChatBot will depend on the amount of your content. Typically this can be performed within one business day.

Your Data Sources

You can provide content sources or data from:

  • Website Sources - we index the sitemap and content and are periodically updated
  • Documents - we index MS Office, Google Docs, PDFs, Audio & Video Files. Our bot can access +1400 data sources.

Your Data Types

Common types of practice information and data sources supplied include:

  • Websites - your websites, competitors, associations and colleges, and suppliers' sites,
  • Documents - policies, procedures, content, documents, FAQ or knowledge base, helpdesk, manuals, videos, podcasts

Your Branding

We can customise the bot aligned with your branding identity to offer a seamless user experience for your users. We require:

  • Logo and Background-colour (HEX Code), and 
  • ChatBot Avatar - Image

Your Access Codes

We can supply the following access points

  • Website - HTML embed code
  • LiveChat - HTML embed code
  • API Link - Integration key

Language Selection

We set up your chatbot language the chatbot uses to respond. The default is Engish but if another language is required, please advise. At this time, we support 92 languages, including
