Website Content Changes

This involves requests for edits and content creation for various pages on your website. These cover:

  • Website text content - headlines, text, labels, menu item edits
  • Extra website content around clinical conditions and treatments
  • Extra website content around non-clinical topics (eg: privacy policy or payment policy)

Website Blog and Social Media Channels

This involves a requests to

  • Setup and optimise your website blog
  • Setup and optimise a range of social media channels (eg: Facebook, LinkedIn etc)
  • Link these channels to your website
  • Post your content to your blog on certain days (not time specific)
  • Post your content to various Social Channels

Text Content Editing

This involves a taking your draft content and optimising it so it becomes an effective and possibly coordinated tactical activity in your marketing strategy. This can require:

  • Target and Keyword Analysis
  • Redrafting your content with more effective keywords, urls, headlines, body text, calls to action, tagging and backlinks
  • Sourcing appropriate graphics (sometimes for an additional fee)
  • Additional redrafts and internal QA processing
  • Gaining client approvals
  • Releasing content to your blog and/or social channels
  • Creating  additional supporting website pages or editing web existing website pages to match or enhance the target message.

This service can be performed either on:

  • an hourly basis $66 per hour, or by
  • a service agreement (multiple scheduled content pieces) from $660 (including GST) per month

Content Creation

This involves a strategic approach to your content marketing activities and requires:

  • Initial patient target and keyword analysis aimed at achieving specific goals and metrics
  • High value topic selection and content scheduling
  • Proposing content types (posts, infographics, GIFs videos, slideshows, memes etc)
  • Proposing content formats (case studies, guides, How to, checklists, news etc)
  • Drafting complete content
  • Sourcing appropriate graphics
  • Additional redrafts and internal QA processing to client approval
  • Releasing content to your blog and/or social channels
  • Creating  additional supporting website pages or editing web existing website pages to match or enhance the target message.
  • Adding content to patient emails or other automations

This service is performed by a service agreement from $1,100 (including GST) per month for a minimum duration.
